Before installing TradeStation, please make sure that you have completed the following tasks:
   
Disable any Firewall/Proxy Server programs (i.e. Norton Internet Security)
Disable any Anti-Virus programs (i.e. MacAfee)
Disable any Popup Blocking programs
If you have completed the tasks outlined above and still experience a problem installing TradeStation, then we recommend doing the following:
   
Delete all Temporary Internet Files DETAILS
Delete all files in the Temp folder under your Windows profile DETAILS
Add TradeStation as a Trusted Site in your Internet Explorer - Security/Privacy settings DETAILS
After installing TradeStation, please make sure that you enable any Firewall/Proxy Server programs, Anti-Virus programs and Popup Blocking programs that you disabled before the installation.
   
Enable any Firewall/Proxy Server programs (i.e. Norton Internet Security)
Enable any Anti-Virus programs (i.e. MacAfee)
Enable any Popup Blocking programs
